D.A.C.B.R. must have passed
all the national board exams to obtain a
Doctorate in Chiropractic (D.C.),
complete a 3-year radiology residency
and then pass national board exams given by the
American Chiropractic Board of Radiology.

If you are inquiring about records. We are not the custodian of x-rays or billing records. Contact the treating chiropractor for records and billing information.

We do not acknowledge someone is a patient without a properly authorized record request form. Informal inquiries will be ignored.

The referring chiropractor (the doctor that physically took the x-rays and treats the patient)

Pays us directly so there is no outstanding bill. Billing records are in the possession of the referring chiropractor. We do not bill the patient or insurance companies.

Took the x-rays and stores the x-rays. If you want a copy of the x-rays you need to request them from the referring chiropractor's office. X-rays are not produced or stored at our location.

If you want a copy of the radiology report or letter stating there is a $0.00 balance from our office you must submit a properly authorized record request form.
